Suite à un problème sur les fixations Charger (dû peut-être à une mauvaise utilisation de ma part) le Touring bracket a été abîmé rendant impossible l?utilisation des fixations en mode montée. Après avoir signalé mon problème à Union, Alessandra a résolu mon problème et m?a envoyé les pièces défectueuses. L?envoi fut très rapide me permettant de nouveau d?utiliser mon splitboard.
