Shipping policy

SKOLVR clothes and non 3D printed products are produced locally by trusted service in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe and come within 10 days usually.

All SKOLVR Gunstocks and parts made in Germany to order, and shipped internationally and may take 1 month to arrive, depending on your country.

Preparing to shipping VR gunstocks takes 7-10 days from me, because I make it alone. All gunstocks are made to order within 7-10 days. These 7-10 additional days are not included in shipping time.

I use standard international DHL shipping from Germany with basic tracking. Sometimes the tracking may not show status up to 10 days from the day of parcel registration, and that does not influence actual movement and shipping.

The shipping after 7-10 days of making gunstocks depends on the country and may take 10 (7-14) days in Europe, 14 (10-20) days to the US and the UK, 20 (14-30) days to Canada, 20 (14-30) days to Australia for example. It is trusted and reliable shipping company to my experience, not single one parcel was lost so far, but it's not my responsibility to make it faster. My responsibility is to print shipping label with address you provided, and to send everything in time.

I do not collect any customs fees outside the European Union. Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any import fees, VAT (value added tax), customs fees, etc. set by your country or government. In the US for example it is about 10% of the parcel value, in the UK 20%+£12 (if value is more than 135£). Other countries, please google it. And you be ready to pay it by yourself to your government on delivery.
