Shopify does not collect customs fees outside the European Union. Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any import fees, VAT (value added tax), customs fees, etc. set by your country or government. In the US for example it is about 10-20% of the package value in some states (plus processing fee), in the UK 20%+£12 (if value is more than 135£). Please, google it. And be ready to pay it by yourself to your government on delivery.
