Happens very rare, but if you have such issue, please send email with photo attached at SKOLVR@SKOLVR.com or to user SKOL.VR at Instagram or Facebook. Mentioning order number or your name, and I will make new part for you for free.

You pay only standard shipping fee.

The part will be sent as soon as I can, you will get your tracking number, and it will arrive according to my Shipping Policy.
